Refund policy

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed and unused, with tags and in its original packaging. In addition, the item/s must also be free of stains, whether it be deodorant, or makeup. You’ll also be required to provide a receipt or proof of purchase for the item/s purchased.

As a customer, you will be responsible for providing your own shipping costs for any returns. *Shipping costs are non-refundable*

Aviad Apparel LLC will not be held liable for item/s damaged, torn, lost, or stolen during delivery or return transit. If you are shipping an item/s over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. It should be noted that we can't guarantee we will receive the return item/s.

Refunds  
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will notify you if the refund was approved or rejected. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note, that it can take time for a bank or credit card company to process and post a refund. 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you didn't receive your refund within 10 business days, we suggest you recheck your bank account. If your refund is still pending, contact your debit or credit card company. If these previous steps were taken, contact your bank in regards to the status of your refund. There can often be a processing time before a refund is posted. If all these steps were taken, and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@aviadapparel.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items on sale will not be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue in a timely manner and promptly correct it.

Note: Your exchanged item/s may vary depending on place of residence or desired location.

Exchanges (if applicable)
